I think they should call it Frappy Hour.

Starbucks Frappuccino® Happy Hour will return this year, May 4-13, 2012. Visit a participating Starbucks store between 3-5 p.m. and to get any Frappuccino® blended beverage for half price.

Cheap tip: You can also make a really delicious DIY iced-coffee drink at home. The key is to start with really good coffee. Pour it over ice, add flavored creamer or half and half, and voila! Obviously, if you have a heavy-duty blender for the ice you can get that nice slushy texture, but I’ve found that it is really good with regular ice too. (The key to the flavor is the good coffee. My favorite local place to get coffee is The Fresh Roast Coffee Company and/or Spice Merchant, but Starbucks and even Target coffees are pretty good when you buy the whole beans and grind them with a burr grinder. Not cheap, but probably cheaper than buying individual coffee drinks!)
