Consult with a Registered Dietician, Free
With Halloween candy already on the display at stores, this is either good timing or bad timing, depending on how you look at it. 
The Hershey Company–yes, the one that sells chocolate–recently began a new initiative in partnership with the American Dietetic Association called Moderation Nation. The program is designed to encourage moderation rather than deprivation.
One of the perks of the new program is that you can consult with a registered dietitian in your area for free. The company has set aside $500,000 for the dietitian visits, and when it’s gone, the offer is over.
